Something to Sing About: Monica Ramey in Year-Long Residency at Nashville Jazz Workshop Monica Ramey is launching a year-long residency at the Nashville Jazz Workshop — and if the first three shows are any indication, this is going to be a very good year for live jazz in Nashville. Each evening in the series is built around a writer or artist who has shaped Monica's musical life, giving her the chance to dig deep into songbooks she loves and share them with the audiences who have made the Nashville Jazz Workshop her musical home. Think of it as an ongoing series of intimate musical portraits — each one different, each one personal, and each one unmistakably Monica.
